This is the first time that we are having a ‘web based’ competition and together with our web developer, Web Adept, we are refining the process which is built upon a WordPress template. Entries must be taken on the Peninsula and we are aware of how ‘canvassing’ can affect online voting.

Submit your photograph now! Every other month starting 1st September 2015, the winning entry will receive a cheque for £25, the runner up will get £15 and a highly commended will receive £10. After 12 months a grand winner will be chosen and receive a cheque for £200.
Photographs must be taken WITHIN the St Davids Peninsula, be original and the location must be identifiable.
Entry is open to everyone except members and their families of the St Davids Peninsula Tourist Association (SPTA) Committee and is free of charge.
A photograph may only be entered ONCE for the duration of the competition. All entries are accepted in good faith and will be judged on an equal and anonymous basis. The judges decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. At least 10 photographs must have been entered for judging to take place. If there are less than 10 photos, submitted photos will be rolled over to the following 2 months.
Public voting commences from 1st January and then every other month with the final judging being undertaken by the SPTA Committee at the next committee meeting (2 Wednesday of every other month). Winners will be notified by email, announced on the web site and a cheque sent in the post.
Registration (email and password) is required to submit photographs. A maximum of 5 Photographs per person may be submitted every two months. Please ensure that your images are under 4MB before uploading. Please note that your uploaded photographs will NOT display immediately; we have to verify that each photograph is appropriate (may take up to a few days).
Photograph Rights: The St Davids Peninsula Tourist Association retains the right to use any submitted photograph in its advertising and publications (Broad sheet brochure and online).
